1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of AIM - AI Infrastructure & Machines ("we", "our", "us"), or by purchasing any of our custom development, AI automation, or social media packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site or purchasing our services.

2. Services Offered & Scope

AIM provides bespoke digital and AI solutions, which include:

• AI Websites & Development: Bespoke single-page or multi-page systems integrated with custom features (e.g. 3D elements, WhatsApp automation, lead forms, and Google reviews).
• AI Marketing & Calling: Outbound AI calling bots, inbound AI Receptionists, conversation dashboard telemetry, and automated lead capture.
• Social Media Marketing (SMM): Creative posters, Canon R6 Mark II shoots, cinematic editing, copywriting, and structured posting campaigns.

All project workflows, deadlines, and specific deliverable counts will be finalized and confirmed in writing prior to project kickoff.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership of deliverables is subject to the following rules:

• All templates, custom designs, motion graphics, code, and training scripts built on behalf of the Client remain the intellectual property of AIM until all pending invoices are fully settled.
• Upon receipt of full payment, all bespoke design elements, custom-written code, and client-specific AI scripts will be transferred or licensed to the client for their designated commercial use.
• AIM retains the right to display completed design layouts, website screenshots, and campaign statistics in our public portfolio for promotional purposes, unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed beforehand.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

For ongoing monthly packages (such as SMM Packages, AI Calling credits, and Inbound Receptionist plans):

• Payments are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle.
• Clients must provide a valid payment method. If payment fails, we reserve the right to immediately suspend active web instances, AI call processing, or SMM scheduling.
• Outbound calling plans have fixed call credit allocations. Unused call credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

5. AI and Technology Disclaimer

Clients acknowledge that our services rely on third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) like Gemini, voice synthesized systems, and telecom integrations.

While we construct highly robust scripts and custom parameters, we cannot guarantee that AI responses will be 100% accurate at all times (AI systems can occasionally experience hallucinations). We are not responsible for unintended AI dialogue, call carrier outages, or minor server downtime. We actively monitor and refine all automated systems to optimize commercial safety and operational consistency.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall AIM or its founder, Ankit Panicker, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including business interruption, loss of profits, or data loss, regardless of the cause of action.
